Mexican Carnitas Bowl (Fri, 10 July)

A colourful Mexican-inspired bowl featuring tasty Mexican carnitas (chicken), fluffy quinoa, slow-cooked marinated black beans, fresh pico de gallo, and crisp pickled red and white cabbage. Served with a wedge of lime to bring everything together with a burst of fresh citrus.
