Indonesian Petjel & Spicy Eggplant (Thu, 10 September)

A fresh Indonesian vegetable salad with fresh cucumber slices and crispy, protein-rich tempeh, served with a flavourful peanut petjel sauce. Accompanied by spicy eggplant in a rich sauce (Terong Balado) and fragrant rice infused with blended lemongrass, lime leaves and peas. The combination of fresh vegetables, aromatic spices and bold Indonesian flavours makes this a colourful and delicious dish.
