Sicilian Caponata (Tue, 16 June)

A classic Sicilian vegetable stew of aubergine, celery, tomatoes, peppers, olives, and capers, slow-cooked in a sweet and tangy agrodolce sauce. Served with crispy roasted potatoes and rustic sourdough bread for a comforting Mediterranean-inspired meal.

Our meals are prepared in a kitchen where gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites and molluscs are handled.
