Thai Basil Mint Chicken (Mon, 15 June)

A flavorful Thai stir-fry of chicken, fresh basil, and fresh mint served with steamed jasmine rice. Paired with curtido, a tangy and lightly spicy slaw of pickled red cabbage and onions for a refreshing contrast.
